The Houston Lone Star Pony Express was founded
in 1995 to raise money for the
Roundup for Autism.
These generous people raise money in their hometown
of Houston throughout the year and then ride on horseback up to
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex to present saddlebags filled with the money
they have raised. They have contributed nearly $225,000 since they began
this wonderful tradition. They hope to reach their goal of $250,000 in
2008.
The Pony Express makes a huge impact on the success of
this event and
the lives of the people served by the Autism Treatment
Centers of Texas.
